Bring the family for a community walk/ride to the RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY On Thursday August 19, 2010 FOR Trail Bridge over TH 14 & DME RR From Cascade Lake to 7th Street NW Rochester MN

Where: Meet at Kutzky Park Shelter at 5:30 p.m. (park in park lot, Miracle Mile, DFL, by Bicycle Sports, or along local streets )
Ceremony starts at 6 p.m. at the South end of the bridge along Cascade Lake.
What to expect:

Rode "the bridge" this morning. It is magnificent. My thanks to all the advocates who may be members of this forum. I can't imagine the hours and hours of discussion, emails, letters and meeting time that making the bridge a reality must have taken. You should be proud of your efforts.

PS: Now, on the south end of the bridge...if the off-ramp of the bridge had been extended to the lake....and a jump built there.....wow you could get some serious air-time before you and your bike entered the water....:-)
