My wife would like to do more road riding and was looking for a group that rides weekday mornings. She would be at the Easy Riders pace. Anybody know of such a group? Or anybody wants to start a group?

I doesn't appear that you've had any replies, so we can assume there aren't any regular weekday morning riding groups. On the other hand, your bb entry was read over 60 times -- so there is some interest. Having a formal group is a lot of work for someone (gathering volunteers, scheduling times, etc.). It is worth the time for our Monday/Wednesday rides because we have a lot of participants and can share the route maps with the rest of the group.
That doesn't mean your wife needs to give up. Would she be willing to ride with just one other person? Would she be willing to figure out a route? Can she change a tire, or does she need to ride with someone who can? If so, she doesn't need a formal group. She can just post an entry on the bulletin board (similar to what happens for the Saturday morning rides) and see if anyone else is interested. If others are interested, they'll reply and she can meet with them at the designated starting location. For now, that's the best I can offer.

How early does this ride have to take place? I am not an early morning rider. I have debated about starting up a "morning" leisure, no drop women's group ride. Being that school is almost over that changes a few things but does not make it impossible. Being a sole leader does take on a lot of responsibility that I am not up to at this time. A few years back I tried to continue a morning women's Dunn Bro's group ride but people never showed up so obviously I quit trying. If you want to ride, give me a call to see if I'm available. That would be great! There is one requirement of this ride that I would like to incorporate. That would be a Dunn Bro's stop at the end. ;D How is that for committing to not commit?
