As long as it isn't raining lets do a raking party at Eastwood on saturday Morning. Nothing to hard just lawn rakes to clear the leafs and tree litter off of the Trail. Would like to meet in the big parking lot at 10. I chose 10 to hopefully give the groud a little time to dry if the weather causes frost in the morning. Last year we had a group of about 7 finish the entire west system in about 2 hours. So the bigger the group the easier it will be. Bring gloves water and a rake if you have one.

I was told by a reliable source that the trail is basically pretty dry right now. At least by the afternoon so if you show up for trail work bring a bike too. Nothing better than a ride on a freshly cleaned track.

We had about 6 or 7 people show up for the trail work. We got much of the single track on the West section raked.
If anyone missed the trail work day and wants to help out, there are a few sections we missed. Cardiac Hill and a long section of Corkscrew could use some raking.
We didn't rake the East or Center section. According to Matt K. those sections need less work because of the pine needles.
Some new guys showed up and wanted to know where the trails were. I showed them the Easy/Intermediate sections and the trails were covered with regular leaves and could use some raking over there too.
