Sarah Shaikoski crashed on the way home from last night's ride at Bamber. Her front tube blew while descending the 14th Ave SW hill toward St Mary's Hospital. She's home and recovering ...
By Greg Munson.
Thanks for the call out on Sarah's accident. Get Well. We'll mend the bike.

THANK YOU for all your visits, encouragements, and thoughts of healing! I have been so blessed by all of you. The flight nurse, icu consultant, bystander, emergency responders, and ER staff took great care of me last Monday night. If I would've choreographed my spill a bit better I would have landed on the ER's doorstep instead of 20 feet away. I am EXTREMELY thankful not to have been hurt worse. Lesson learned #1 Rochester bikers are a supportive community #2 Front tire pinch flats SUCK #3 Wear your helmet #4 about #3 make sure the helmet stays on the ENTIRE ride/fall See you in the saddle soon.
