Wednesday 3/17/10 ride. Starts from Bicycle Sports. Again leaving at 6pm, Sharp! Weather is a repeat of Monday and so is the ride. The route will be reversed. (Sorry limited short route maps). Forecast is 51F with WNW winds at 9mph. Sunset 7:19pm. Bring your lights! The 17 mile Route will turn left onto CR 3 heading South until Salem Corners. Then returning to Bicycle Sports on CR 25. I'll try to get this map updated to show route.

Wednesday 3/24/10 ride. Starts from Bicycle Sports. Leaving at 6pm, Sharp! Forecast is 49F with NW winds at 5mph. Sunset 7:28pm. Bring your lights! "A" group will ride an extended 26 mile route to be closer to 30 miles. All groups regroup at Douglas Trail Head. Valley Hill Dr past 19th St has not gotten any smoother. Caution for rough road!

Monday 3/29/10 bike ride starts from Bamber Valley School at 6pm. SHARP! Bring your road bike, helmet and lights (just in case). Sunset is at 7:34pm. We will have alittle more than 1.5 hrs of ridable light. Forcast: Sunny, 53F and SSE winds at 15mph. The 27 mile route can be shorten by a couple of miles by following Cty 20 (instead of turning onto Cty 16) to 40th St. This does add a large hill! The 27 mile route can be lengthened by about 4 miles by turning left onto 40th St (Cty 117) to Cty 104 and back on Cty 25.

We will stop on bike trail by Bamber School to break into groups. NOTE: If you ride up Cty 8 (with other groups) instead of 18th Ave SW the 20 mile route is 17 miles. P.S. Bring Shorts

Monday 4/5/10 bike ride starts from Bamber Valley School at 6pm. SHARP! Bring your road bike, helmet and lights (just in case). Sunset is at 7:42pm. We will have alittle more than 1.75 hrs of ridable light. Forcast: Showers, 59F and E winds at 4 mph. Ride is ON, unless you don't want to get wet. Tried to keep routes close to Rochester in case of rain. GOT FENDERS?

Wednesday 4/7/10 ride. Starts from Bicycle Sports. Leaving at 6pm, Sharp! Forecast is 49F with N winds at 22mph. Sunset 7:45pm. Bring your lights! Dress warmer for that cool breeze 32 mile route: trail all the way to Pine Island and back on Cty 3 to Douglas then in on trail. Approx. 35 miles: trail to PI, then back on Cty 3 to Douglas and folllow 18 mile route into town.

Monday 4/19 EASY RIDERS: Rather than repeat the route we took last Monday we'll take CR 8 South, then right (West) on CR 117, the left (South) on CR 104, then right (North) on CR 15, then left (West) on CR 25 (Salem Rd) to Salem Corners. We'll then return to Bamber Valley School via CR 25 (Salem Road). That's about 17 miles.

Rough road at corner of Cty 23 and Cty 19. The further right the worst the pavement.Leaving Bicycle Sports let's use Civic Center, left at light onto 11th Ave NW, right onto 7th St across Broadway and past Silver Lake, right onto 11th Ave NE, left onto Center St to Cty 9. Regroup on Cty 9 past soccer fields. Easy Rider's Route 15 miles: Out Cty 9, right onto Cty 11 across Hwy 14. Right onto 20th St follow 34mi route (Marion Road) back to Bicycle Sports.
