The 2010 biking season is almost upon us. Is your bike ready?
The first ride of the season will start at 6pm at Bamber Valley school on March 15 (when we have daylight saving time starting). We should be able to ride until about 7:30, and that should be a long enough ride to start the season ;D That's in less than 2 weeks!
So, I anticipate this season going a lot like last year. 6pm Mondays at Bamber Valley, 6pm Wednesdays at Bicycle Sports, and Saturdays as posted on the board (time varies depending on the weather) from Dunn Bros South. Hopefully, we will be able to post maps to the board for each ride again this year.
Get ready, and stay tuned to the board for any further updates as we get closer to starting!

Doug, the 2010 biking season has been here since Jan 1st. Just to clarify.
I may see you on the 15th.

Mr Tri speaks the truth. I am going to wrap up my riding season end of May/first week in June. Time for family and fun riding until training begins again for real in October.

Will there be post-ride St. Patrick's Day festivities after the first Wednesday ride? ;D

Do I need to sign up or anything to be part of the rides?
Thanks.

You don't need to be a RASC member to come out and ride. We would like you to be though. The discounts you get at local retailers will quickly pay your membership dues. Just bring your road bike and a helmet. Let us know you're new and someone will let you know how things work. Hope to see you out there. Don't forget to bring a friend.
