Cyclists,
Conditions look good for Hill Repeats on Thursday night! Dan & Barb Soderberg will be hosting this week. Meet in the Bamber Valley parking lot at 6:00 and then spend about an hour doing hill repeats on Meadow Crossing (up and over and back again... repeat). All levels of cyclists are welcome: choose your own pace and number of repeats.
Honest, it's FUN!!! and will make you stronger!
