Hill Repeats on Thursday Nights ("Social Climbers")

Cyclists,
This Thursday night will be our first "Social Climbers" hill repeat ride. We are meeting at Bamber Valley Elementary School at 6:00 and will spend about an hour doing hill repeats on Meadow Crossing. Some riders may also want to go for a road ride after we finish our hill repeats. Everyone is welcome... it doesn't matter how fast you are, or how fast you can climb; if you are one of the faster riders, it just means that you get to do more hill repeats!
Last year, I found that doing hill repeats once a week improved my overall fitness and my speed both on hills and flats. I'm hoping for the same boost again this year.
